By submitting a form on our website, the client voluntarily agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding refunds:

OTP Policy and Refunds
To ensure that the Certificate has been requested or ordered by the Aadhaar holder themselves, we send a One Time Passcode (OTP) to the mobile number registered with the UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) government database.
Orders will only be processed after the OTP is provided to us, and the applicant’s Aadhaar is successfully validated.
If, for any reason, applicants are unable to provide the OTP or choose not to share it, we will be unable to proceed with the certificate issuance. Such cases will be categorized as “NOT PROCESSED DUE TO LACK OF COOPERATION BY THE CLIENT,” and no refund will be granted in such instances.
NOTE: To eliminate any uncertainties, we obtain explicit consent from the applicant before submitting the application for sharing necessary details. This consent is mandatory for form submission on our portal, and applications cannot be submitted without accepting this condition.
UPDATE ON TERMS OF SERVICE
As of July 1st, 2020, the government has replaced Udyog Aadhaar Registration with Udyam Registration.
However, the Udyam Registration platform is not currently operational as per the government’s status.
All orders placed for Udyog Aadhaar by clients that have not been fulfilled due to the aforementioned reason will be offered a Udyam Registration Certificate, and the client willingly consents to obtaining Udyam Certification in place of Udyog Aadhaar.
To receive the Udyam Registration Certificate, the client agrees to provide any additional details, documents, and consultancy fees as required by the service provider.
If the client declines to provide the additional details, documents, and consultancy fees as mentioned above, only 50% of the amount paid will be eligible for a refund.
The service provider, i.e., udyogaadhaar.org, cannot be held accountable for the non-delivery of the Udyog Aadhaar Certificate due to the government’s change in certification.
